Michigan MIP Fines

The fine for a first offense MIP conviction is $100.  This seems light, but there can be court costs above and beyond this amount. In addition, the court may set a probation oversight fee as well. The fines that you may face in the future are well above any amount you may pay now. You could have to hire an attorney to get your case expunged and off your permanent record. You could have to explain to an employer or grad school why you are a criminal.

Take care of this today and contact Attorney McNeil at 1-866-387-2757
