Michigan Minor in Possession – Second Offense

If you are facing an MIP, second offense, it means that you have probably already used up your diversion program, had a first offense and are now facing a true third conviction. I advise all of my clients to immediately seek alcohol counseling, screening and classes. This is to counteract the belief that because of your multiple convictions that you are an alcoholic.

You may also face jail time if you continue to violate probation and anger the judge in your case. Don’t let this happen to you and take care of this sooner than later.
