Minor in Posession at University of Michigan

The University of Michigan is my alma matter so I have a definite affection for Michigan students. I know the court system and the judges are very fair. The prosecutors are overwhelmed but will listen to an attorney and the individual circumstances of the student involved.

The diversion program in Ann Arbor is VERY lenient and allows for some students to assert defenses and stay off of probation.
